Zürich and Darmstadt, 09.06.2008, Software AG and Qualysoft today announced the expansion of their partnership in Switzerland and Germany following the success of their joint Business Process Management (BPM) project at Zürich Airport. The operator of Zurich Airport, Unique (Flughafen Zürich AG), has introduced extensive automated and optimized processes providing Key Performance Indicators to airport management as well as airlines and handling agents. It is now possible for Flughafen Zürich AG to react to events with an immediate and coordinated response. Zürich airport was recently voted Europe’s top airport by the travel industry for the fourth year running. Software AG, who recently announced expansion plans for their Swiss operations, will partner with Qualysoft throughout the German speaking world in providing BPM solutions.
