András
Czifra
CEO

András Czifra was born in Tata in 1962. After leaving High school he studied at the Technical
University of Budapest and graduated as an electrical engineer and specialist engineer. While he
was working as a software developer for the Videoton, he got the Ph.D. He lived in France for a
while and got a job as senior software developer. He came back to Hungary in 1993 and became the
Technical Director of Hungaro Digitel Kft.
He continued studying at the Technical University – Herriott Watt University and became a
Master of Business Administration in 1995.
Between 1996 and 1999 he has worked as a Consulting Country Manager for the Hewlett Packard,
then he was the Managing Director of the DSS Consulting Kft. Since 2007 he has been operated as a
Deputy CEO of the Qualysoft.
He has been a member of the organizer committee of Telecommunication and IT Project
management Forum since 1998.
He is married and has seven children. His hobbies are swimming, football, running and
folkmusik. He is a professional translator in subjects of computer system and artificial
intelligence. He speaks three languages: English, French and Spanish.
Tamás
Simon

Tamás Simon was born in Vác in 1962. He is a founder and co-owner of the
Qualysoft Group. Together with his co-owner he establishes and brings on Qualysoft subsidiaries in
Vienna, in 1999 in Munich, in 2000, in Budapest in 2001 and in Belgrade in 2003. Within the Group
currently he is responsible for finance and internal procedures.
He graduated as an electrical engineer at the Technical University of Budapest. After his
graduation he becomes a software developer in 1987 at the Krupp Company in North Germany. From 1990
he works in Vienna as a software developer, IT-counsellor and project manager mainly in the bank
sector. He and his partner successfully establish the first company of the Qualysoft Group followed
by other Qualysoft companies in the region. Then in 2002 they set up ITJobs operating in the field
of IT human resources in Budapest and further ITJobs agencies in the region
Between 1995 and 1997, he studies "Marketing and Sales management” at WIFI in Vienna. Between
2005 and 2007 he studies EFFAS (European Federation of Financial Analyst Societies) at the Budapest
Training Centre for Bankers.
He has been married since 1983 and has two sons. He speaks English and German well. He is
fond of sport and nature. His passion is hunting.
Róbert
Sövegjártó
Sales Director

Róbert Sövegjártó was born in 1971, graduated as electrical engineer in 1993 at the Pollack Mihály College of Engineering, Pécs, and graduated as economist in 2000 at the Budapest Business School.
He launched his career as service engineer at Megatrend in 1995, few month later he worked as
hardware sales, ERP sales consultant from 1996. He was responsible for government ERP sales from
2000, after that (from 2002) he worked as sales director.
He joined to Qualysoft in 2007. First he was responsible for the coordination of the ERP
team, ERP projects and supporting pre-sales. He is working now as Sales Director from 1 July
2009.
He is married with two children. His hobbies are football and play guitar.
Zoltán
Kővári
Director of Professional Services Business Unit
After Zoltán Kővári graduated as an MSc. Informatics at the Technical University of Budapest
he started his professional career first as IT consultant in the Banking sector then as project
manager atDeloitte & Touche.
He completed his post-graduated studies as bank manager at the Budapest University of Economy
and as a banker at the International Training Center of Bankers.
In 1999 he joined in the Santander Group (BSCH) and worked in headquarter of the German
Subsidiary specialized on retail lending and financial services in Central Europe. He was
responsible to manage IT and organizational projects relating establishment new subsidiaries,
product and organization development in Germany, Austria, Czech Republic, Poland, Italy and
Hungary.
In addition to he took actively part in those projects.
From 2003 he worked as a member of management for several Hungarian IT companies.
András
Wolf
Director of Resource Management
Andras Wolf was born in 1971. He has been the Director of Resource Management Business Unit at Qualysoft Zrt since 2008. He is responsible for directing IT recruitment process inside Qualysoft, its subsidiaries and maintain IT experts in several, long term projects at Qualysoft’s clients.
Mr. Wolf launched his career as a project manager at NOVODATA Zrt. in 1996. In 1998, Mr. Wolf
started working at DSS Consulting Kft., holding positions as IT consultant, and lead IT consultant
in field of customized software development (Work-out systems, e-business applications),
data-warehouse, and business intelligence projects, document management (acquired global business
partnership), Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment and mainly as a project manager in public
sector until he left the company in 2004 to join IQSYS Zrt. There he served as project director of
the financial business unit. In 2005, he turned back to DSS Consulting and worked as a project
director managing IT project over 0,5bFt. In 2006, he started own business as a freelancer IT
consultant and began cooperating with Qulysoft in 2007 as a Business Intelligence Consultant. In
2008, Mr. Wolf began working for Qualysoft in reorganizing the Resource Management in Hungary and
still be the leader of this Business Unit.
Gábor
Privitzky
Global Software Development Unit Manager
Gábor Privitzky graduated at the Technical Univesity Budapest in 1996. He started to work for Ericsson Hungary as software developer. He took part in design and implementation of network simulator applications. From 1998 he worked as a project manager, later from 2002 he worked as a software architect. He led the adaptation of the Model Driven Architecture (MDA) software technology to the internal Research and Development Dept. of Ericsson Hungary. From 2005 he worked for DSS Consulting as deputy manager of Software Development Division. In 2007 he joined Qualysoft Zrt and heads the Global Software Development Unit
László
Gáspár
Director of IT Operation Services Business Unit
László Gáspár was born in 1981. He graduated as a technical manager and
achieved more qualifications in the field of IT operations including ITIL v3 Expert certificate.
He started his career at the Procter and Gamble CES as System Administrator in 2000. After a
while he appointed as a manager of IT infrastructure of P&G in Croatia, Slovenia and Hungary.
He was responsible for providing and developing the IT services of the company and took part in
several international projects.
In 2003 he joined to Hewlett-Packard Hungary, for the Outsourcing Division. He was
responsible for prepare and transact the regional outsourcing deals and transformations.
Since 2004 he manages the Operation Business Unit in the Qualysoft. His work is preparing the
expansion of IT operation services for clients in the QS Group, seeking business opportunities in
the region as well as building up the vocational competencies. Besides of these activities he took
part in the establishment of the Serbian Subsidiary and its lead into the market.
Laszlo is proud father and his daughter, his hobby is scuba diving.
Bayer, József
Head of R&D
Responsible for R&D activities of Qualysoft, among them for Infinica Docflow
Document Personalization Engine, Infinica Content Cruiser - Enterprise Document Retrieval and
Navigation product. He is in charge of the cooperation with the Vienna Office (regarding e.g.
Enterprise Collaborative Solutions and Portal Products)
In January 2006 he joined to Qualysoft as Project Manager and Manager of Portal Products. He
gained his international experience between 2000-2005 at GFT WebSolutions as Project Manager and
Head of Quality Assurance.
